Welcome to NuzBrain. NuzBrain (nuzbrain.com) is operated by Mighty Warrior Apps LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use NuzBrain.

Account Information

• Email address — for account creation and authentication
• Password — securely hashed for authentication (we never store or see your plain-text password)

Payment Information

• Subscription tier (Free or Pro) and billing status
• Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. NuzBrain does not receive or store your full card number.

Nuzlocke Run Data (User-Generated Content)

• Your Pokémon team information — species, moves, held items, and similar details you enter
• Box notes and additional context you provide about your run
• The boss fight/trainer you're preparing for
• Saved strategies and run history (Pro feature)

AI-Generated Content

• The strategy and contingency analysis generated for you, based on the run data above

App Usage Data

• Timestamps for when entries, strategies, or runs are created or modified
• Aggregate usage and site-visit data collected through Lovable's built-in analytics (page views and general usage patterns — this does not include your Nuzlocke run content)

• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Contacts or phonebook
• Photos, files, or media
• Health data
• Full payment card numbers (handled entirely by Stripe)

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the NuzBrain service
• Authenticate your account and secure your data
• Generate AI-powered Nuzlocke strategies and contingency plans based on the team and run data you provide
• Process subscription payments and manage your Free/Pro tier access
• Improve NuzBrain and the accuracy of its strategy output
• Detect and prevent abuse (e.g., bot signups, rate-limit evasion, prompt injection attempts)

NuzBrain relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves the NuzBrain application
• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes the Pokémon team and run data you submit to generate your AI strategy. Only the data needed to build your strategy request (team info, box notes, additional context, selected fight) is sent, solely to generate your requested content, under Anthropic's API terms of service.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments and manages billing
• Google reCAPTCHA — helps verify you're a real user during signup and login
• Lovable Analytics — collects aggregate, anonymized site usage data (visits, page views)

We do not sell your data to any of these providers, and none of them are permitted to use your Nuzlocke run data to train their own models outside of the narrow purpose of providing their service to us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Account data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-up and sign-in are protected with invisible reCAPTCHA to prevent bot and credential-stuffing attacks, and submitted run data is validated to guard against malicious input before it reaches our AI system.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data when:

• Necessary to operate NuzBrain through the third-party services listed above (Supabase, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA, Lovable Analytics)
• Required by law or legal process
• Necessary to protect our rights or safety
• You explicitly consent to sharing

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your saved strategies and run data
• Cancel your subscription at any time

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in NuzBrain, or by contacting us directly. When you delete your account, all your personal data — including saved run data, strategies, and settings — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal or tax purposes (e.g., billing records).

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and app preferences. We also use Lovable's built-in analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

NuzBrain is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

NuzBrain is an independent, unofficial tool created by fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
